Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Rich garnet red with a purple hue and an impenetrable core. On the nose, spicy nuances with notes of bay leaf and olive, hints of balsamic and dried cranberries. Full on the palate, with vivid tannins, youthfully full-bodied, a wiry structure, somewhat dry on the finish.
