Tasting Notes

Tasting from 05.11.2005

Sparkling, rich garnet red; slightly cloudy nose, of ripe cherries, some plums; subtle mineral notes on the palate, builds very nicely, lots of fine-meshed tannin, shows a nice bite on the finish.
