Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.09.2022: Peter Moser

Strong copper red, faint ochre brightening on the rim. Delicate dried fruit and nougat, herbal extract, chocolate-nutty touch, pickled cherries and pipe tobacco in the background. Powerful, mineral, fine tannic spice, surprising freshness, discreet sweetness, walnut on the finish, very individualistic wine, a great red wine substitute.
