Tasting from 16.02.2024: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense bouquet with notes of lots of dried and confit fruit. Notes of fig, blackberries and cherries. Also some vanilla and milk chocolate. Extremely substantial and intense on the palate, with surprisingly lively acidity, soft tannins and notes of caramel and roasted nuts in the long finish.
