Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

A deep dark ruby red with a deep core. Attractive on the nose, cassis and ripe blackberry, some dried herbs, notes of rosemary, cardamom and walnut. Multi-layered, lively, subtle tannins, powerful, a bit warming on the finish, with a touch of bitter almonds.
