Shiny light silver, somewhat restrained mousse. Fragrant and appealing on the nose, opens with notes of jasmine blossom, has a hint of elderberry cordial and white melon, with a slightly exotic pineapple aftertaste. Clear and radiant on the palate, with a great arc, salty and long finish.
