Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant ruby. On the nose it is fragrant and expressive, notes of orange juice, mint, raspberry, plus a hint of white truffle, inviting. On the palate it is polished, with pithy juicy tannin, spans a wide arc, in addition also generous oak use, currently still with minimal aftertaste.
