The red wine Kålch IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Bergmannhof has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Lagrein from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, dark but bright ruby. Compact and dark berry nose, of rich Amarena cherry, ripe cassis, blackberry and elderberry, echoing gently with black tea. Compact in the mouth with polished, velvety tannin, showing fine and elegant body, good length and harmonious and balanced until the finish.
