Bright, elegant straw yellow colour. Butterscotch, cream and yellow apples on the nose, with an aftertaste of hazelnuts and white roses, very multilayered and complex. Opens up on the palate with a lot of texture and elegance, the mousse remains somewhat in the background, noble and well matured, good acidity, ripe fruits, good, appealing length, long and salty finish.
