Tasting Notes
Brilliant salmon pink with a persistent mousse. On the nose there are aromas of candied orange zest, a subtle hint of yeast, then, with a little air, a touch of apricot and strawberry. On the palate there is a very fine mousse, good breadth, drive and fruitiness. Good length.
