Tasting Notes
Clear, light grey-yellow with a lively, bubbly mousse. Very intense and clear nose of mirabelle plum, some pear, fresh and grapey. Shows good weight on the palate, expands well on the mid-palate, with a subtle bitter note on the finish and a salty aftertaste.
