Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby with purple. Very strong notes of old wood, earth, overripe cherry fruit, some rum-steeped fruit, alcohol on the nose. Very rich on the palate, malty coffee, milk chocolate, loosely knit tannins, grippy, dry finish. A wine from another time.
