Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, deep dark ruby colour with a slight purple tinge. Appealing nose with fresh berry notes (blueberry and blackberry), some blood orange, slightly earthy components in the background. Full-bodied and dense on the palate, opens with hearty tannins in many layers, gripping, long finish. Additional ageing would not be a problem.
