Cloudy, golden yellow with orange reflections. Aromas of alpine herbs, hay, lime blossom tea, lime, hawthorn, sorrel and pepper, plus yellow fruit and Nashi pear. Dry, juicy and melting, with finely silky, polished tannins. Balanced acidity structure and notes of nougat and quince on the palate, with a grassy freshness. At 11.5%, surprisingly light-footed and perfectly balanced.
