Fruity bouquet with notes of elderberry, blackberry and black cherry. In addition, herbaceous-spicy charges of lovage and hyssop. Juicy on the palate, with textured dark berry fruit and fine savouriness. Fine-grained tannin, long finish.

Notes of sour cherry, confit raspberry, dried plum, cranberry confit and blackberry on the nose. Spicy notes are also vivid. Fresh on the palate, with beautiful acidity and aromas of cherry, plum and cocoa. Subtle tannin, long finish.
