Tasting from 17.02.2023: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

FAVOURITE Intense bouquet with notes of confit and dried wild berries. In addition, notes of liquorice, caramel and smoky and nutty nuances. Deep yet elegant in its own way on the palate, with nice acidity and intense fruit. Fine-grained, slightly noticeable tannin, long finish on plum.
