The red wine Fusion, vintage 2017 from the winery Bioweingut Christian & Thomas Weiss has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Blauburger, Cabernet Sauvignon, Blaufränkisch, Merlot, Zweigelt from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
Dark ruby garnet colour, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Fine savoury notes, some red berries, delicate hints of cherries, cardamom and orange peel. Juicy, fruity, powerful, integrated tannins, a hint of dried fruit, nougat touch on the finish, lingers long.
