Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, noble garnet. On the nose malt, tar, undergrowth, walnut, the tertiary aromas are in the foreground. Also slightly oaky on the palate, grippy, unfortunately becomes loosely knit and drying, seems overripe. Two bottles tasted.
