Cape gooseberry and cherry, overtones of herbal savouriness. Straightforwardly built on the palate, almost painfully mineral, but electrifying, plus a dense pack of phenolics, moderate alcohol, quite tight and fresh in feel, salty, a whole world on the head of a pin, minerals without end on the finish. It is all really extremely precise.
