Tasting Notes
A still relatively reserved aroma of almonds and dark berries, juniper, and pine needles. On the palate, there is a creamy foundation, fine-grained, dense tannins, mild acidity, and a finish that is still closed but hints at the potential for a juicy, fruity development. Still very young!
More about the tastingRosehips, blond tobacco notes, sweet almonds, spices and savoury notes (juniper, allspice). A firm structure on the palate, exciting, fresh, with fine-grained, upright tannins, bright mineral undertones. Still quite closed on the finish, but already hints at the complexity to come.
