Sparkling light straw yellow. Strong, persistent perlage. Very fragrant and clear on the nose, of baked apple and mirabelle plums, with a hint of buttery pastry in the background. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, with a multi-layered finish, fine structure and plenty of ripe fruit, the sweetness is very well integrated; Cartizze can be enjoyed like this.
