Bright silver-grey with a persistent and fine mousse. The nose reveals fine hints of meadow herbs, white chocolate, citrus fruit and subtle hints of stone fruit. Fine exotic fruit aromas on the palate, well-integrated mousse, stony feel, slightly phenolic finish.
