Tasting from 12.03.2020: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby garnet colour with opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening on the rim. Young black fruit intensity and spiciness of cassis, sloes, blackberries and liquorice, clear nuances of precious wood, sweet sandalwood, candied purples, very complex bouquet. Very powerful, pronounced in fruit and muscular with alcohol over 15 percent, very full-bodied black fruit of dark heart cherries, ripe, carrying tannins, a touch of maple syrup in the aftertaste, great length, a monster baby that screams a T-bone.
