Beautiful amber. Notes of almonds and dried fruit, raisins, dates and figs on the nose, with a hint of caramel and a pleasant, distinctive woody spiciness. Medium fullness on the palate, gripping, harmonising acidity. Lingers for a long time with juicy acidity, structuring saltiness and again dried fruit nuances.
