Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Spicy-fruity bouquet with notes of ripe plum, rum pot and sour cherry with additional hints of shoe cream and black pepper. On the palate medium-body, ripe acidity and fine-grained tannins. Concentrated fruit flavours with plum and blackberry nuances. Medium long finish.
