Tasting from 20.04.2012

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Fresh sour cherry fruit underlaid with fine herbal spices, delicate hints of cloves. Juicy, ripe plum fruit, good complexity, present tannins, peppery spice on the finish, lingers well, ripe cherries and some bitter chocolate in the aftertaste, a versatile food companion.
