Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby with purple reflections, subtly brighter at the rim. Nuances of oak and nougat, red cherry, subtle fruits of the forest confit, underlaid by orange zest. Juicy and elegant with sweet fruit and ripe tannins, the wine is round and harmonious, hides its muscles well, and is mineral and persistent. It is already easy to drink, and endowed with definite ageing potential.
