Strong yellow, silver reflections. Ripe yellow tropical fruit on the nose, delicately spiced with herbs, a hint of candied grapefruit zest, some honey. Medium complexity, white peach, silky texture, fine fruit sweetness, mineral and good persistence, fine acidity, very good length, a spicy food companion with further ageing potential.
