Tasting from 22.03.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
A classic nose with notes of dark fruit, a little dried fig and plenty of new wood savouriness which is in no way distracting. Characterised by a sweetish texture on the palate, it also has ripe acidity and vivid tannins. Appropriate length with notes of wood savouriness.
