Tasting from 05.09.2017: Rainer Schäfer, Thomas Schwitalla und Ulrich Sautter

The nose has the typical characteristics of a Reserva wine: complex, minimal primary fruit, bay leaf, juniper, roasted aromas with some plum, vanilla, tobacco and chocolate. On the palate powerful and complex with perfect balance between freshness, structure and length. Highly elegant with very well integrated alcohol. Notes of sour cherry and citrus peel on the intense finish. A lot of ageing potential still ahead.
