Tasting Notes

90
Tasting from 17.02.2016: Ulrich Sautter, Rainer Schäfer, Thomas Schwitalla

Closed, dark berry fruit, elderberry pulp, surprisingly little striking wood, aromas more in the sense of a subtle patina. Smooth palate structure, medium amount of very fine tannins, well-integrated acidity support, very round and therefore almost lacking in contour, aromatically still closed.
