Fresh sweet cherry on the nose, herbal savouriness, sage, mint, some chocolate. Juicy palate with very fine, restrained tannins, great elegance with delicate nervy acidity, sweet fruitiness and distinct mineral notes. A subtle, almost graceful, yet expressive food wine.
