Subtle bouquet with notes of cherry and blackberry confit as well as fresh plum. Hints of caramel and savoury nuances. Elegant and charming on the palate, with ripe acidity, confit dark fruit, some caramel and a subtle spiciness. Fine-grained tannin, long finish.
