Lightened amber with a greenish background, spicy notes on the nose, delicate sweetness, multi-layered minerality, nutty on the palate, but quite aggressive, a thimble is enough due to the aromatic concentration, very clean overall, particularly intense due to its age, naturally lingers for a long time.
