Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Fresh white peach, floral nuances, a yeasty touch, some spice, a hint of elderflower. Seems slender and fresh, pleasant grape fruit, delicately salty on the finish, mineral-dry style, a multi-faceted food companion, nice sur-lie character.
