Tasting from 03.06.2014: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Initially closed, dark chocolate and cinnamon, little fruit. Powerful with lots of mealy tannins, powerful body. In the transition to the finish, the initially barely present acidity increases to a refreshing nerve - finally herbal aromas (mugwort) appear. Grape varieties: Monastrell "y otras".
