Tasting from 16.07.2021: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

Dark ruby red. Plum, dark wild berries, subtle gingerbread savouriness and a little vanilla on the nose. Round and smooth on the palate, yet quite light with a nice acidity and good length. Somewhat clinging.
