Tasting Notes
Strong use of wood, vanilla, caramel and aniseed rolls, sinewy approach, nervy and leaner than the barrique-influenced nose would lead one to expect. Then the wood-creaminess slowly spreads in the mouth, an original combination of almost slender materiality and volume-giving wood, must and will harmonize in the course of bottle maturation.
