Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.09.2022: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Still young-looking, somewhat closed fruit, blackcurrant and cherry can be detected, along with nuances of herbs and green pepper. Beautiful fullness on the palate with a certain sweetness, fine, restrained tannins and matching acidity. Beautiful length.
