Tasting Notes
A bit closed at first, then opens up with plum and dark berry aromas, plus an interesting gamey aroma, complete with bouquet of herbs and bay leaf. Very vivid on the palate, but elegant without losing volume. Taut tannin framework, will continue to mature for a long time.
More about the tastingInitially slightly reductive on the nose, then blackberry with air, lots of spice and fine, classic roasted notes. Dense and elegant on the palate, supported by a beautiful acidity. Incense on the finish.
