Deep dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Wild dark berry confit with a delicate spicy and herbal background, candied orange zest, a hint of figs. Juicy, round, well-developed, a little nougat, rather loosely knit, subtle tannin spice, chocolaty finish, uncomplicated, accessible style.
