Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.06.2011: Peter Moser

80 % Tempranillo, 20 % Graciano. Smoky and cool, clear and fresh cherry and berry aromas, French barrique aromas, becoming fresher and chalkier with more air. Fresh and firm on the palate, tight structure with refreshing acidity from the Graciano and firm tannins, elegant, firm, very young. Delicately fruity on the nose with time, fresh and fine, delicate hint of licorice. Fresh, fine palate. Straight, fresh and grippy, concentrated, with substance, power and powerful length.
