Tasting from 22.03.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Fresh fruit on the nose. Notes of raspberry, blackberry, plum, black cherry, mineral smoky notes, some graphite and ethereal herbal notes. Light and elegant on the palate with ripe, fresh acidity, fresh fruit and subtle smoky notes. Always remains elegant. Finishes long with salty mineral and liquorice notes.
