Tasting Notes

Tasting from 30.06.2011: Peter Moser

Dark garnet ruby. Fresh, somewhat reductive nose, pure fruit of pickled red berries, slightly leathery and spicy. Silky-clear elegance with great fruit intensity, lively. A finesse-rich type with an elegant mineral structure, excellent acid freshness and fine tannins, long without being alcoholic or sweet.
