Medium yellow gold, very fine pear puree on the nose, very clear fruit, very pleasant spice, beeswax, fresh vegetal touch. Delicate on the palate, finely structured, high acidity, fine citrus fruit, delicate nutty notes, wonderful finish. Another barrel sample, very promising. The Austrian sweet wine specialist Alois Kracher is involved here as oenologist.
