More about the tastingMedium yellow-green, acacia blossom on the nose, appears ripe, honey, leafy spice, somewhat reminiscent of Pinot Gris. Opulent on the palate, delicate ripe pear fruit, appears much more powerful than it is, good acid structure, delicate hay flower aromas on the finish, blossom honey and peach in the aftertaste. Should be drunk soon.
