Notes of caramel, white chocolate and peach as well as apple and citrus on the nose. Compact on the palate with beautiful acidity and notes of apple and peach as well as a good portion of herbal savouriness. Extremely mineral and lingers on the palate for a long time. Currently wood overhang.
