Tasting from 17.03.2023: Peter Moser

Intense garnet, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. Delicately smoky and reductive with nuances of sloes, some smoked bacon, red paprika, tobacco nuances, animalistic touch. Juicy, complex and savoury, tight, ripe tannins, mineral on the finish, ideal with Andalusian Pata Negra.
