Very pale straw yellow, silver reflections. Delicately salty, underlying apple fruit, a touch of yeast, a hint of iodine, dried algae and lime. Medium texture, freshly structured lemony nuances, dusty-dry food companion, crisp and animating. Great with tapas, nuts and seafood.
