Notes of rum steeped fruit, dried dark berries, plum and sour cherry on the nose. Hints of cinnamon and spicy components. Elegant on the palate with beautiful juicy acidity. Flavours of chocolate and plum as well as a hint of soy sauce. Fine tannins and a long finish.
